The only German triple cream premium brie in the US. Fiorella di Tomino is made in Bavaria, Germany from locally sourced milk, and distinguished by its flower shape format, inspired by the alpine flowers and grasses on which the cows graze in summer months. 

Fiorella has an exquisitely silky texture, stands up to cutting, and has a refined crème fraiche taste. The whole wheel can be used as centerpiece for entertaining on special occasions, or as a wreath during the winter holidays. 

It is firm but the soft texture holds its shape when cut and wrapped, and a luscious creaminess is maintained throughout the whole experience. The individual wedge when cut is an avg 5 oz, making it a perfectly affordable triple cream brie.
