Spanish-style slow-cured Chorizo (6.5oz) is made with 100% Certified purebred Berkshire Pork. From there the Chorizo is aged in a dry room for three months. Our special blend of four smoked and unsmoked Spanish paprikas give the salami its rich red coloring, and a sweet yet smoky flavor profile.
